Arcadia is an all-season off-grid Community located near South River on Highway 124 near Algonquin Park in the Almaguin Highlands region of Parry Sound District of Ontario, Canada, and nestled halfway between North Bay and Huntsville, only a 3.5-hour drive North of Toronto. South River remains a frontier of the unspoiled northern wilderness. It is the access point for many unique tourist attractions such as fantastic Freshwater Fishing (smallmouth bass, whitefish, pickerel, rainbow trout, speckled trout, brook trout, lake trout, splake, ling perch, and smelt), Wilderness adventures, and Canoe Trips, Dog Sledding, Horseback Rides, Adventure Trails and Camps among many other exciting experiences at the Eagle Lake Golf and Country Club and local Highlander Brew Co. microbrewery.
